What I would like to learn today is how the experience all the wisdom and knowledge I have re-discoverd about myself , who I really am, who we really are...

I would like to learn that I am that experience....

Over the Holiday season we, the family found out that we have had three deaths in our extended family in the week... First our cousin Bobby, of a heart attack at his office before Christmas, he was in his earily mid 50's... He is the son of my mothers favorite cousin who she is in contact with all the time...

Then after gift opening and diner at my brothers, we were informed that cousin Charile had passed away at 5:00 am on Christmas morning, he had survived cancer earlier but this time it came back full force and took is his life. He is my sister-in-law's cousin by marriage.

Then a day ago we had a strange call on my mother cell phone from the police about another cousin Tommy also in his 50's who had died, from what I understand also from cancer....

I personally was not close to any of these men, even they are all in my age group, Bobby I had gone to High School with but through the years lost contact except through my mothers relationship with his mother.

Chariie I had spent time with both at my niece's wedding in June and later at my brother regular July 4th picnic. Where he had informed me of his reaccuring illness..

Tommy I have not ever spent much time with maybe as kids, the last time I had contact with him was my Grandmothers 80th birthday... big family thing which does not happen often.... I sought to build some friendship with him at that time, but it never went anywhere...

I believe me mother feels this more than any one, she has stayed in contact with many of her cousins through the years and is confused and saddened by these mens deaths, due to the fact is their Mothers out -live them...

The good news is that my the my niece Lauren and her new husband of June, are expecting their first child, Making new life and joy in the world of change and on going evolution....
