CwG writes about this too (as I see you've quoted above)! Last full moon I went to a releasing ceremony…one of the slips of paper I burnt (gave to god) was “False Modesty”. We often are told that we should not think too highly of ourselves…this is not about ego trips, this about knowing that we are ALL children of the Light…of God. Divinity incarnate!

I use this quote as my motivator. Even Mandela used it, in his inauguration speech. Now THAT is good stuff! Thx for the reminder.

hi sherri, that's something that many of us were convinced of, because so many people told us, but they were wrong… Mandela never said this. Many people still think it was his idea not MW's!

This quote is often found on the Internet incorrectly credited to Nelson Mandela from his Inauguration Speech, 1994, especially the last sentence of that quote, “As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”
