This is another one of those questions, that simply has as many answers as it has questions...
What keeps me from being present, is my ego, yes of course I blame those out there, the day, the noise, the traffic, the ever multi-tasking mind set of the world...
What keeps me Present is answering these questions...
The only thing that keeps one from being present is yourself...
