This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for July 01, 2009:
Behind my camera... observing the world through the lens and photography...
While offering and or exchanging energy doing a Reiki energy session.
While drumming in sacred circle,
While journeying within a sacred circle.
While in meditation, letting go of all outside sources of information...
I can be free anywhere at anytime if I allow ego to walk beside me to share in the dance of awareness and awaking but not to push and shove... Allowing Essence to shine and Be, than I am free....

Belleruth Knaparstek (a benchmark in the world of Guided Imagery) suggests that we [my paraphrase] observe things as if through the eye of a camera with no praise and no blame.
I've always appreciated that, and your post this morning made me think of it.

Aha… if you make friends with mister ego or miss ego… the dance/walk is more effective…
