I take a few deep breaths.... breathe into the moment, call upon God/Creator/Source, wait until I feel the moment,  the moment is connection, even though we are always connected, and then say Thank you for what ever message, sign, thought, response, action is presented...

Morning_walk_
It is a quiet time, usually cool, walking in the world while a lot of the world still sleep. The Birds sing, the little animals scurry about on the forrest floor or up trees, the dew drops wet/wash my face and arms and legs as I glide through them, greeting each other.

I get to greet my dogs who are so enthused to see me (of course they want to go out).
The are all loving and pushy, yummy... 

I get to read, meditate, journal, envision my day... if I take the time to do so...

What is the last thing? It is more like what is the "next" Moment, these are not things, these are moments for me to experience who I am really am. I am Love, and Love is in everything and everywhere... 

What touches my Heart is what I allow my heart to be open too... From my dogs laying together, the child riding their bike down the side walk, the birds singing in the back yard, the joy in my brothers voice to his response of becoming a Grandfather again...

There is no last thin, there is only the next heart opening moment...

What do you love about nature?

Let me count the ways, too numerous to express, too awesome to place into words of Language...  But heck I will try...

Nature is the most awesome experience one can have. It is the opportunity to watch and see life unfold, evolve, communicate, beautify, and enhance ... 

To see, to really see nature, to hear the moaning and singing of trees, the babel and gurgle of a stream, to walk on the morning grass fresh with dew, dripping off leaves... 
The smell of wild flowers, leaves and grasses, and earth is enough to send me into pleasure beyond knowing... 

To watch the sky, the clouds forming and flying by, the Sunrise and Sunset, through trees and plants... simmering off lakes, oceans and streams. 

What does this say to me it say, I am alive, I love you, for I breathe for you, I live and die for and with you... I give birth as well and offer death, not as an end but and a new form of being, of recreating....

Let me count the ways... I have only just begun...

I love nature because it has given me the Gift of Reiki an earth based healing energy created by and in nature. I Love nature for she is my muse, my model, my inspiration for beauty and for beautiful art…

Are you called more to the new or the old?

It depends on what it is... I love the feel and look of an old house, that has been taken care of, lovingly... old wish trees, that hide in the woods, their wisdom vibrates energy around them. 
I am more attracted to new writings about old ideas, that capture the essence for human kind to use in our daily lives as ritual or prayer or a higher way of living our lives... 

Yet the wisdom is in our elders, our teachers are our past, incorporated into the new...
