What would make your day perfect?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for September 03, 2009:
The day is already perfect what I chose to do with it is "icing on the cake". I can chose to be aware and conscious of my involvement in the world around me or I can chose to be asleep, going about the day mindlessly getting things done...
One will have a different effect on how I perceive the day at its end.... yet it was and is Perfect just as it is... Grand and wondrous opportunity to experience who I am...

I just had to add this, I came inside, starving from no breakfast and now I'm having an excellent lunch of the last of the chocolate birthday cake, a little dry but goes down good with Iced Tea. If I go into sugar crash later, I have no one to blame but my sister-in-law who made it for me.
hi jeff. read what your wrote here today. it helps me sometimes to read my perspective on previous days. helps me to refocus and get out of a funk.
jenni, You are correct! and my making the statement allows the steam out, also allows me to ask for help… something I do not do very often… Thank you!
I understand that.. letting the steam out. Helps to get rid of the feeling as well.
